Actual IT is an agile company – decision making is rapid and efficient without hierarchical hurdles. Our energy level is high and Actual IT’s managers are willing to listen to all ideas and are quick to implement the good ones.

The staff try to meet a couple of times a month, combining idea generation, fun and work-related subjects. We strongly believe that being passionate about your work and feeling that there is a purpose to what you do, creates employee satisfaction.

There are a number of recreational hobbies that we enjoy: golf, diving, skiing, motor sports and rock climbing to name but a few. We go on trips together on a regular basis when we enjoy these sporting interests whilst planning for the upcoming work period.
